You
can make your reservation by calling us direct at (719)
685-5492, or by using the Americas Best Value Inn Reservation
Center and calling 888-315-BEST. RESERVATIONS MADE OVER
THE INTERNET MAY BE SUBJECT TO HIGHER RATES. You will need
a valid major credit card or to send us a one day deposit
to confirm your reservation. In either case, be sure to
get a "Confirmation Number" which guarantees you will have
a room upon arrival. When you receive your written confirmation,
be sure to check the dates as you will be charged for a
no show situation.
If something
comes up and you need to cancel, please let us know as soon
as possible as we do have a 48 hour cancellation policy.
You will need your "Confirmation Number," and you will be
given a "Cancellation Number," which is your proof of canceling.
If you cancel your reservation less than two days prior
to your scheduled arrival, we will do our best to rent your
room to avoid charging you for it.
Rollaway beds
are $8.00 per day and we limit them to one per room. Cribs
are free. Most rooms are equipped with hairdryers, coffee
makers, and microwave/refrigerator combos. The cabins do
not have these amenities standard.
The outdoor
heated pool is open May through September and the outdoor
hot tub is open year around. A guest laundry is also on-site
and laundry soap products are available.
You can check
in as early as 3:00 p.m. if your room has been cleaned and
is available. If not by 3:00, it should not be much later.
Remember, we do not have a 24 hour front desk and if you
plan to arrive after 8:00 p.m., you will need to let us
know. Check out time is 11 :00 a.m. Due to our popularity,
we are unable to offer late check outs.
Some smoking
rooms are available. Some connecting rooms are available.
The front desk is open from 7:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m. from
May through September. The office hours shorten to 8:00
a.m. until 9:00 p.m. October through April. NO PETS ARE
ALLOWED. |
