Check In / Check Out Times
You can check in as early as 3:00 p.m. if your room has been cleaned and is available. If not by 3:00, it should not be much later. Remember, we do not have a 24 hour front desk and if you plan to arrive after 8:00 p.m., you will need to let us know. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Due to our popularity, we are unable to offer late check outs.
We understand plans change! If you booked your reservation direct with us, please call us as soon as possible as we do have a 48 hour cancellation policy. You will need your “Confirmation Number” and you will be provided a “Cancellation Number”. This is your proof of canceling. If you cancel your reservation within the cancellation period, we will charge you a cancellation penalty for one nights stay plus taxes.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have booked your room with an online travel agent (i.e. Expedia, Orbitz, Hotwire, Hotels Tonight, Booking.com, Priceline etc) and need to cancel, you must contact the online travel agent you booked your room with to cancel your reservation.
Rollaway beds are $15.00 per day and we limit them to one per room. Cribs are $5.00 per day. Most rooms are equipped with hairdryers, coffee makers, and microwave/refrigerator combos. The cabins do not have these amenities standard.
The outdoor heated pool is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend and the outdoor hot tub is open year-round. A guest laundry is also on-site and laundry soap products are available.
We accept Cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover/Novus. We cannot accept personal or business checks unless received 14 business days prior to your scheduled check-in date. A Credit card is required at time of booking. A pre-authorization will be placed on the credit card provided within 72 hours of arrival. The credit card used to book the reservation must be presented by the cardholder at check in along with a matching photo identification. Any other arrangements must be coordinated with the property prior to arrival.
RV’S/TRAILERS: Our parking lot cannot accommodate RV’s and trailers. If you do have one of these types of vehicles/trailers, you will have to park on the street below the property, which is free of charge.
